Thanks for posting these pictures – I can’t quite believe Stepha is gone. We were Stanford colleagues, and though we hadn’t seen each other in awhile, I always looked forward to a campus visit and lunch with her. She was such a vibrant and positive spirit, with great intellectual curiosity about the world. She was always interested in and supportive of the shows I performed in, and we related well on many levels, including our pursuits as artists. I always looked forward to her clever hand-crafted cards and I have saved them all. One of them is on my altar at home now in her honor — I will certainly miss her. Sending love to her, to John & her family.
